What To Expect

 At Redstone Design, we know that every home we build must reflect your own individual styles and tastes. Our philosophy is to be personally involved with you throughout the design/build process and make it an easy, enjoyable process for you and family.

Our goal is to create a comfortable living environment that meets the unique wants and needs of you and your family. We guide you through the selection process, choosing colors, finishes, flooring, fixtures and appliances.

We are hear to guide you through the entire process.

Our Process

  We start by helping you find the ideal home site. We will walk lots with you and suggest the best possible placement of your new home.  

Next comes the design phase and finalizing home plans and cost estimates.  Prior to the actual construction of your new home begins, you will begin to make selections of products, materials, colors and finishes which will reflect your every wish.  You will visit showrooms and browse samples as you select everything from paint, stain, finishes, surfaces and floor coverings to lighting and appliances. We guide you through the steps and timelines of the selection process so that everything you choose can be ordered and waiting to be included in your new home. 

 At scheduled times during the building process, you will be asked to meet with us at your home site for periodic meetings and walk-throughs to approve key building stages and decisions.
